Our Impact
Finley's is proud to partner with a number of incredible organizations dedicated to the visibility, empowerment, and support of people with disabilities.

Chris Nikic Foundation
At age 21, Chris became the first person with Down Syndrome to complete an IRONMAN. His message of perseverance, access, and hope fuels our purpose at Finley’s. Small strides for a greater purpose have allowed Chris to show the world what is possible for others like him.
Today, he's a two-time ESPY Winner, completed major marathons, and inspired the Runner #321 movement with his friends at Adidas. This movement asks marathons to hold bib #321, a number representing trisomy 21 in the Down syndrome community, for a neurodivergent athlete to ensure their representation in mainstream sports.
Finley's gives a portion of each purchase to the Chris Nikic Foundation to support his message of getting 1% better every day, and his efforts to bring representation and access to sports for people with disabilities.

Special Olympics
Health and wellness initiatives are incredibly important to our Ambassadors and their families. More than 90% of Finley’s team members participate in their local Special Olympics programs, reflecting a deep commitment to inclusion and community engagement. From jumping into frozen lakes to supporting events across the country, Finley’s is fully invested in advancing inclusion and strengthening the many Special Olympics programs that provide access to sports for the Finley's community.

MNUFC
MNUFC and Finley’s are joining forces to spread kindness to MLS fans! As a Jersey sleeve and stadium partner, this collaboration provides access, awareness, and advocacy for people with disabilities.

The Meaning of Elevating People and Pets
"Very few people recognize what people with cognitive disabilities can bring to the table. Most of the world is still scared of our kids! But if you know my Owen, you know he is very social, engaging, and speaks fairly well. Then I got a random email from Gigi's Playhouse about a job for adults with disabilities. Enter Finley's, a company whose mission is to not only produce wholesome treats for dogs, but they offer supportive employment for people with disabilities! Their mission: "Elevating people and pets." Think about that tagline. They are elevating us all by that statement, just as pets elevate goodness in people just by their very nature."
- Suzanne, parent to Owen, a Finley's ambassador in California
